  1. 1Permutational multivariate analysis of variance (PERMANOVA) was performed to test for differences between the LA (n = 33), HA (n = 26), and ADLIB (n = 28) treatment groups. P-values were adjusted using the false discovery rate (FDR) method. Asterisks indicated FDR significance at P < 0.05 (*) and P < 0.001 (***).
