Network of co-occurring patterns among dominant species based on the Spearman’s (r > 0.5 and p < 0.01) correlation tests. Nodes represented dominant species and identified by different colors. The size of each node is proportional to the number of connections, and the thickness of each connection between two nodes (edge) is proportional to the value of Spearman’s correlation coefficients. The nodes are colored by phylum, and labels according to the taxonomic affiliations. The positive correlation (97.74%) is represented by the red lines while the blue lines represent negative correlation (2.26%). The more connections, the more association is associated with other members of the community
