Pairwise comparisons of differences in log2 fold change in relative abundance of colon content antibiotic resistance determinant mechanisms of resistance specific to tetracycline and beta-lactams resistance between different production system (CON-D = Conventional Dairy, CON-B = Conventional Beef, and ORG-D = Organic Dairy). The -log(10) adjusted p-value critical value was 1.3 which is equivalent to α = 0.05. A blue dot indicates the first production system abundance is significantly lower than the second, a red dot indicates first production system abundance is significantly higher than the second, and a gray dot indicates no significant difference between the production systems
