The data show that serum triglyceride concentrations, fecal butyrate concentrations, and fecal scores were the primary variables driving principal component 1 in cats fed FPPB and iFPPB and fecal pH and fecal ammonia concentrations were the primary variables driving principal component 1 in cats fed ERS.
